The 2018 Salmon Season in the Douglaston Salmon Run is starting to wind down on the lower end of the river. It’s been a good run overall with a few good runs and a steady trickle everyday making everyone happy. Recent rains will help provide some cover for the steelhead entering the river and flush out some of the leaves that have started to drop already setting up some great fishing. My November is booked solid and early December is getting there, so If you want to get in on some great steelhead fishing in mid December when the crowds start to disappear contact me about a trip now before it’s too late.
