Guided Trips & Fishing

By |March 31st, 2020|Categories: Reports|Tags: , , , , , , , , |

NYS has put a temporary ban on guiding in New York under the "PAUSE Executive Order" until further notice.   While we have already stopped doing any trips before this went into effect for everyone's safety, we're still are booking trips for the fall.  This it a tough time for all of us and I've been reaching to clients about their dates booked and deposits and  I want to thank all my clients who have rescheduled or have been generous to allow me to keep the deposit. If you have any questions, or want to book a date for later this year please email, text or call me at (518) 495-2965. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.

Swinging Into The New Year

By |December 27th, 2019|Categories: Uncategorized|Tags: , , , , , , , , |

As we come to a close of 2019 looking back it has been a great year.  Maybe not in fish numbers, but in fishing experiences.  More and more clients are enjoying swinging flies with two hander's each season and are working hard on their casting and skills to fish thru a run move effectively.  And they are just enjoying being out there unplugged from work and devices. Enjoying time on the water with friends, just taking it all in, as we all know, life is too short not to live everyday to its fullest. Don't forget our Winter Special with the Douglaston Salmon Run now til March 31.                                                                     To book a trip or to discuss a trip click here.   Interested in casting a Echo Full Spey  7130 or Compact Spey 7012, contact me  and we can meet up on the Salmon River.

The 2018/2019 Salmon River season is a wrap and what a great season it was. I want to thank everyone who booked with me this season. If you haven't booked your dates for the fall, don't wait any longer.  I have only 2 days left for the Salmon Run and only a couple of days open thru mid December.
