Willie Boats called today to say my new Drift Boat is all done.  It should be picked up by the trucking company late next week.  Who wants to be the first one to get some fish slime on it??  I have some open dates in the beginning of April.  Below is a couple of pictures that Willie sent.

Since the tempature has warmed up and were not in the single digit’s like we were a few weeks ago the fishing has picked up some.  The mid-lower river has opened up and some angler’s are hiking into spot’s that were unfished for a couple of weeks.

Best results have been getting to a spot where you know there’s fish and wait them out.  Lighten up you tippet and keep changing your offerings.  Warmer temps have also brought out the crowds since everyone has cabin fever.

Water Flow:  Until 11:59pm, Fri Jan 22, 285cfs.

Fishing over the last few days has been good but you can tell by the number’s they are dropping back fast with the drop in water levels.  There should be a fishable number around for the weekend but after if the water drops to 185 cfs, look for them to heading out to the lake in a hurry.

Here’s some pics over the last few days.
