TROUT Fishing on the Ausable has been very good recently, nymphing during the day or chasing hatches for some dry fly fun towards evening have been productive. The streams of central NY are fishing good as well and the Salmon River received a small stocking of some Browns that have been fun to catch especially on trout spey rods.
